Based on your assessment, your practitioner will develop a personalized treatment plan and provide your first acupuncture treatment during the same visit. This appointment is ideal for new patients beginning acupuncture care.

Initial Assessment & Treatment

Follow-up Acupuncture sessions are designed to continue your treatment after the initial assessment. Each session includes a progress review and an acupuncture treatment tailored to your needs. Depending on your condition, complementary techniques such as fire cupping, electro-acupuncture, or massage may also be included. Your treatment plan will be adjusted as needed to support ongoing improvement and overall well-being.

Follow-up Treatment

The 45-minute Acupuncture Follow-up session is designed exclusively for acupuncture treatment. This session focuses on continuing your care after the initial visit, targeting your specific concerns through precise acupuncture techniques to support pain relief, circulation, and overall balance.

Follow-up Treatment - Needle only

Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that uses glass or silicone cups to create suction on the skin. This gentle suction increases blood flow, loosens tight muscles, reduces inflammation, and helps release toxins from the body. Cupping can relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation, making it especially effective for conditions such as muscle tension, back and shoulder pain, headaches, and stress.

Initial Facial Acupuncture includes a comprehensive consultation, skin and health history review, and your first facial acupuncture treatment. Very fine disposable needles are gently inserted into specific points on the face to promote circulation, enhance collagen production, and relax facial muscles. Depending on your needs, complementary techniques such as fire cupping, electro-acupuncture, or massage may also be incorporated. A personalized treatment plan will be discussed to support both your skin health and overall well-being.
